See earlier postings. In earlier MDS runs without Chuvash this extreme space was occupied by the Vologda Russians. The third dimension in earlier analysis there also was like Saamis and Italians/Romanians appeared to share similar extemes. So I dont think Chuvash have affected the result much.Anders Pålsenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13444056522800105747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1820243696969815052.post-52965085815133338012012-06-06T09:32:09.536+02:002012-06-06T09:32:09.536+02:00Actually all the PC dimensions say is:

(contrasted with Chuvash)

Probably the Chuvash are polarizing too much the analysis, although they also provide information, so maybe you want to make some runs without them for contrast (or did you already?)

Whatever the case in PC3, the Saami and the French are neutral (near the zero axis), while Italians are pushed to the no-Lithuanian zone (but you can't infer affinity with Chuvash from that alone).Majuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12369840391933337204noreply@blogger.com
